Our kitchen

Food is tradition, it should not only satisfied, but we eat for the sake of joy, happy to share a good day's experience with friends and family. Our kitchen will be a reflection of the unique atmosphere and the magnificent nature that surrounds us.

Our meals are healthy and good for body and soul. The dishes are based on local ingredients combined with subtle influences from home and abroad. By day we serve a three course menu, but this can be modified and extended if our guests want.

Our Wines
We have especially selected wines to complement our cuisine.
All our wines come from small producers working after ancient principles and tradition.
We have visited the vineyards and seen how they continue to follow the exacting standards of their forebears.

Our producers come from the best wine producing areas of Italy;
• Langhe and Roero in Piedmonte   (Rapalino, Marchisio and Vietto)
• Garda in Lombardia   (La Basia)
• Chianti in Toscana   (Villa da Filicaja)
